About this artwork

'Sail Away' is a nostalgic rendition of more innocent, happier times when we were free to travel without fear. This painting follows the theme of a series of my work associated with ships, sailing and migration. It utilises my signature style of hard edge minimalist abstraction and vivid colour. The painting is acrylic on canvas with wide painted edges and is ready to hang.
