golden glow
About this artwork
Gold Leaf and Acrylic paint
A childhood memory… Bushy Park in London (on the Thames and near Hampton Court Palace.)
A Grove of trees catches the late afternoon light and everything turns to gold.
When you get close up, or see the work sideways, you’ll appreciate the texture and the fact the the grove is laid out in a triangular shape which gives depth and distance to your work.
The sides are painted dark brown so ‘Golden Grove’ can be hung with or without a frame (Please see frame details on this page… It’s a pretty good deal.) Your painting has been given 3 coats of gloss varnish to protect the gold leaf surface.
This is a statement piece and will give a focus to any room, be it home, office. My work in is both private and corporate collections in Australia, the U.K., Europe, Japan, N.Z. and N. America.
Your painting is ready to hang and has D rings & wire. It is signed on the front and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
