About this artwork

This is a textured oil painting on a custom-made wood panel mounted on a black wooden frame. The edges have been painted black. Felt pads have been placed on the back corners to protect your wall. D-rings and wire have been attached, making it ready to hang on your wall. This painting comes with its unique story and a certificate of authenticity.

This was inspired by the view from my studio window. Surrounding my veggie garden, I have planted a variety of calendulas, camomile and daisies to name a few. These flowers have many attributes – they look great, their colours are vibrant, they have a lovely aroma, they provide food for our bees. With my window open I get their beautiful scent wafting through and I can watch them gently swaying with the breeze.

I hope this painting brings you a sense of calm, positive energy and relaxation.
