Lisa Frances Judd

A full-time Artist, I work from my Art Studio in the beautiful Blue Mountains, west of Sydney, Australia.

Being surrounded by so much amazing Australian Bush and natural beauty it is no surprise that my artistic practice is focussed on the natural world.

My distinctive abstract/semi-abstract style features bold colourful palettes, patterns, geometric shapes and texture. My paintings are categorised into different Series e.g. Wild Flowers, Bold Florals and Modern Mountain Landscapes.

Reinventing what I see into my own imaginative interpretation, my aim is to take the viewer to a happier place and evoke uplifted feelings.

I am blessed that many of my original paintings and prints grace Art Collections, Homes and Offices around the world. I have also achieved considerable commercial success with Art Licenses with Australian and U.S. companies.

Over the years, I have participated in numerous group and solo art exhibitions. My first Solo Exhibition at The Pine Street Gallery, Chippendale, Sydney was featured in The Sydney Morning Herald's Spectrum Section in 2013. That same year I was included in the ‘Undiscovered’ feature of Art Collector Magazine & Art Edit.

In 2018 I was selected as a Featured Acrylic Artist on Empty Easel.com. In 2019 I was selected for an International Showcase via Artsy Shark and again in 2020 I was given a permanent Featured Artist Article (by Artsy Shark) .
