Carrie Welsh

Growing up in a family where both of my parents were artists it is in my genes to be creative. I have spent all my life persuing creative outlets. Expressing myself through artistic endeavors is an essential part of life for me and creating art is my happy place. Working with different mediums but mainly focusing on acrylic paint is my preferred choice. I am a self taught abstract artist and I hope to bring you a spark of joy and happiness when you view my artwork. My paintings have a unique style with feelings and emotion through them which I hope to convey to the viewer. I am a huge lover of colour and texture and always try to capture flow and movement in my work. I take inspiration from everywhere. I dream of ideas in my sleep then must create it! My imagination is always working overtime. Being able to create something that comes from my soul is such a blessing to me and I hope you can take something positive away from viewing my work.
